Tiny House Plan Purchase

BY PURCHASING THESE PLANS THE PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1 .INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

THESE DESIGNS ARE THE PROPERTY OF TINY TECT. EACH PLAN IS FOR A ONE-OFF BUILD ONLY. BY PURCHASING THE PLANS, YOU ARE ACQUIRING A SINGLE PERSON USE LICENSE FOR PERSONAL ONE-OFF BUILDS ONLY

NO RIGHTS IN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ARE TRANSFERRED TO THE PURCHASER.

THE REPRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE, OR ANY OTHER TRANSFER OF THE PLAN TO ANY THIRD PARTY IS PROHIBITED. .PURCHASING THE PLANS DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO RENT, LEASE, SUB-LICENSE, DISTRIBUTE, LEND, SELL OR TRANSFER THE PLANS TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

THE USE OF THE PLAN FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSE IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND ADDITIONAL LICENSING FEES. COMMERCIAL USE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: CONSTRUCTION OF MORE THAN ONE TINY HOUSE, RE-SALE OF MORE THAN ONE TINY HOUSE, OR THE RESELLING OF PLAN MATERIALS IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

2. LIABILITY

THESE PLANS HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR BUILDING WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

THESE PLANS ARE NOTIONAL AND FOR DESIGN PURPOSES AND NO RESPONSIBILITY IS TAKEN FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR MIS STATEMENT.

TINY TECT TAKES NO  RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR.

3. BUILDING DRAWING SET

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

BY PURCHASING THE PLANS, YOU WILL GET A BUILDING SET CONSISTING OF FLOORPLANS, ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS, WINDOW SCHEDULE. LIGHTING PLAN IN METRIC MEASUREMENTS.

4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

IMAGES SHARED ONLINE (INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA) OF YOUR BUILDS USING OUR PLANS ARE TO CREDIT TINY TECT FOR PLANS.

5. DISCLAIMER

RULES AND REGULATIONS AROUND BUILDING AND TOWING VARY. IT IS UP TO THE PURCHASER TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE CURRENT REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR OWN LOCALITY AND ADJUST THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
